Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and resolve hardware or software issues promptly.
- Ensure network security through regular updates, backups, and access controls.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries efficiently.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory records.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, system upgrades, and maintenance.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with security protocols, cloud platforms, and data backup solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
