Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Octopus by RTG is on a mission of connecting top notch ogranizations around the globe with top notch talents. We are currently looking for a IT License Analyst to join one of our clients in the FMCG Industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all DTPS contracts, including framework agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, NAAs, and other formats using the SAP Ariba contract management platform.
  • Assist DTPS stakeholders in the end-to-end contract process: creation, approvals, renewals, and terminations.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting contracts due for expiration and support the IT Contracts Manager in tracking status.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and third parties for contract processing, including facilitating the DocuSign signing process.
  • Support both internal and external audits related to contracts and compliance.
  • Ensure contract operations align with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Law, Finance, Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with contract management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba).

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP for Purchase Requisition creation.
  • Prior experience in a large enterprise environment is preferred.

Language:

  • Professional proficiency in English.
