Business Analyst - BFSI Domain - IT Consulting

Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis across insurance transformation initiatives, focusing on broker and underwriting workflows.
Map and optimize end-to-end processes across requirements to testing and delivery
Own and maintain RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are actively managed.
Facilitate workshops with brokers, underwriters, actuaries, finance, and operations teams, capturing requirements and building consensus.
Translate broker and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and operations.
Support UAT, data migration, and adoption of new systems and processes.
Mentoring colleagues and ensuring best-practice delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst within insurance / banking / financial services
Strong understanding of insurance broker workflows, placement processes, and market systems
Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and business process optimization
Experience with RAID management and structured project governance
Knowledge of regulatory and operational frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, IFRS 17)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
