Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product roadmaps
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to integrate the latest digital trends and AI-driven solutions
  • Identify gaps and recommend tech-driven improvements using AI tools and modern analytics platforms
  • Build wireframes, process models, and business cases using tools like BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro
  • Communicate with stakeholders to capture and align priorities, pain points, and KPIs
  • Lead or support agile ceremonies: grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Embrace an iterative mindset and thrive in fast-paced, product-oriented te

Tech Stack You ll Work With:

  • Strong in requirements engineering, process optimization, and product thinking
  • Hands-on with AI for business modeling, data insights, and workflow automation
  • Experience mentoring junior BAs or acting as a proxy PObr
  • Proven leadership in driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML integration in business platforms
  • Expert in managing cross-functional teams, leading discovery workshops, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication and roadmap planning skills
