IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision by identifying business needs and goals, turning challenges into valuable solutions.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare clear specifications using plain text, use cases, and user stories in both Agile and fixed-scope projects.
• Create UML, BPMN, and other diagrams to visually represent requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to conduct analysis and build wireframes across platforms.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Support project and product managers in driving processes and delivering excellent results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in IT.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of BA practices and techniques (BABOK v3).
• Familiarity with SDLC and software development methodologies.
• Experience in process modeling using BPMN and UML.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq).
• Knowledge of client-server architecture, APIs, mobile platforms, and network protocols.
• Experience working with distributed and multinational teams.
