IT Asset Senior Specialist

Asset Management:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to
retirement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT assets
within the asset management system.
- Develop and implement asset tracking processes to ensure
compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure data accuracy
and compliance.
- Work with procurement to evaluate and select vendors for IT
asset purchasing.


Inventory and Deployment:
- Coordinate with the IT support team to ensure timely
deployment and setup of IT assets.

- Monitor asset utilization to optimize resource allocation and
prevent under or over-utilization.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of IT hardware for new
employees or when relocating existing employees.


Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with
software licensing agreements and industry regulations.
- Generate and analyze reports on IT asset inventory, usage, and
lifecycle status.
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external
audits.


Disposal:
- Manage the decommissioning and proper disposal of end-of-life
IT assets in compliance with environmental and data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for secure disposal and
recycling services.
