IT and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Network Engineer:

• Ensure the daily operation and supervision of networks.
• Manage and resolve level 2/3 incidents, in coordination with the NOC and support teams.
• Implement changes (upgrades, migrations) in compliance with ITIL procedures.
• Monitor network performance (latency, bandwidth, QoS) and suggest optimizations.
• Write and update technical and operational documentation.

A Systems Engineer:

• Ensure the daily operation, monitoring and administration of servers and systems (Linux, Windows, virtualization).
• Manage and resolve level 2/3 incidents in coordination with NOC, network and application teams.
• Carry out planned changes (patching, upgrades, migrations) in compliance with ITIL procedures.
• Maintain and optimize virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Administer storage and backup solutions (SAN, NAS, backup).

A Cloud Engineer:

• Administer and monitor Cloud platforms.
• Ensure the daily operation and availability of Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS).
• Manage and resolve level 2/3 incidents related to Cloud infrastructures.
• Track resource consumption and optimize operating costs.
• Ensure compliance, security and resilience of cloud environments.

Two DevOps Engineers:

• Design, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and services.
• Automate operational tasks (infrastructure, deployments, monitoring) via tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Ensure the availability and stability of production and pre-production environments.
• Manage and monitor containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Collaborate with Development, Network, Systems and Cloud teams to accelerate production launch.
• Implement and optimize monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix).
• Integrate security (DevSecOps) into development and operations processes.

Common Missions:

• Write and update technical and operational documentation.
• Participate in on-call duties and ensure continuity of service 24/7.
