Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute Digital Transformation activities for short and large-scale transformation projects including, but not limited to, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, communications, organization design and governance, and culture solutions that enable the organization to meet and exceed its digitalization goals.
- Perform system administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments ( pfSense Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups ( veeam Data Backup & Recovery Software Solutions )
- Provide the required support/troubleshooting to end users and escalate application errors to the vendor development team.
- Manage, develop, and deploy user adoption programs for technical implementations, digitalization, and emerging technology initiatives.
- Execute digital, data visualizations of implemented work, apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, and use assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
- Communicate digital enablement concepts to business audiences.
- Translate business needs into associated technical requirements, and understand solutions that will incorporate these requirements.
- Responsible for managing and leading business development efforts, including Statements of Work, proposal development, business presentations, etc ...
- Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network and server administration, including Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and security tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
