Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Administer and support server systems (Windows/Linux), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, guaranteeing uptime and data integrity.
  • Oversee user account management, access control, and security protocols, enforcing policies to protect sensitive company information.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and promoting user satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Holds certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).

  • Demonstrates 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, with a focus on network and server management.

  • Exhibits strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and security principles.
