Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Manage customer retention using approved Islamic banking retention tools and programs
  • Achieve assigned sales and retention targets while ensuring compliance with credit and risk policies
  • Handle customer queries and issues promptly via phone or direct communication
  • Implement procedures to improve client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence
  • Cross-sell Islamic banking products and services based on client needs and preferences
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure accuracy of details provided
  • Collaborate with operations, credit, collections, and branches to meet service expectations
  • Support team members by defining performance goals, coaching, and guiding towards targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing to enhance FAB s Islamic banking offering
  • Adhere strictly to FAB policies, SOPs, and compliance regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or related field

1 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in Islamic banking or client service

Strong product knowledge and understanding of Islamic financial services

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with banking industry practices

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals while maintaining service quality
