Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Manage customer retention using approved Islamic banking retention tools and programs
- Achieve assigned sales and retention targets while ensuring compliance with credit and risk policies
- Handle customer queries and issues promptly via phone or direct communication
- Implement procedures to improve client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence
- Cross-sell Islamic banking products and services based on client needs and preferences
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure accuracy of details provided
- Collaborate with operations, credit, collections, and branches to meet service expectations
- Support team members by defining performance goals, coaching, and guiding towards targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing to enhance FAB s Islamic banking offering
- Adhere strictly to FAB policies, SOPs, and compliance regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or related field
1 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in Islamic banking or client service
Strong product knowledge and understanding of Islamic financial services
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with banking industry practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals while maintaining service quality
