Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct in-process quality control checks during various stages of pharmaceutical manufacturing to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.

Monitor and document critical process parameters, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Perform sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products on the production floor.

Identify and report deviations, non-conformities, or process anomalies to relevant departments for corrective action.

Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and laboratory teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Support validation and qualification activities for new processes, equipment, and products.

Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control function.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

1-3 years of experience in in-process control or quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.

Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
