Key Responsibilities • Analyze financial models and make ongoing investment recommendations. • Conduct in-depth investment research on active portfolios and assess the long-term profit-loss trajectory. • Reduce financial risk based on current and forecasted market trends and financial data. • Prepare detailed reports that help senior management make key investment decisions. • Use analysis software and applications to forecast and assemble financial data. • Keep portfolios and financial data up to date. • Stay current on the latest financial trends and regulations. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's or higher degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. • Professional qualification (CFA, CA, CPA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable • Strong command of statistical and financial modelling and analysis. • Strong analytical and quantitative research and attention to detail • Thorough understanding of investment strategy. • Problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • Team player who can also work independently. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making will be key to your effectiveness in this role. • Comfortable using complex financial tracking and data processing software. • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal daily supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
