Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses.
• Evaluate investment opportunities.
• Support the execution of private equity transactions.
• Prepare detailed Information Memorandums (IM) and presentations.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct Due Diligence.
• Prepare term sheets.
• Prepare complex financial models.
• Structure deals.
• Perform Valuation.
• Conduct Investment analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 5-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
• At least 5 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
• Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
