Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Inventory Officer is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling stock levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the supply chain. This role ensures that products, materials, and equipment are properly received, stored, recorded, and distributed while minimizing discrepancies and stock losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels.
- Implement inventory control procedures.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports.
- Collaborate with other departments.
