Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, complete and maintain permanent inventory stock sheets.
  • Exploit requests for materials and supplies.
  • Prepare the store exit voucher (BSM).
  • Trigger purchase request for unavailable items and for replenishment.
  • Receive the items and prepare a warehouse entry voucher (BEM).
  • Ensure the conformity of the delivery note and the order form, as well as the quality of the products.
  • Establish the stock activity report (entries, exits, reintegration and stocked products).
  • Participate in physical inventories.
  • Be fully involved in the integrated management system and keep documents up to date
  • Ensure the cleanliness, order and maintenance of the workplace.
  • Report any anomalies or malfunctions in your activity to those responsible.
  • Know the professional risks linked to the workstation.
  • Know the safety gestures and postures.
  • Know the environmental aspects related to the workstation.
  • Enforce the basic rules of selective waste sorting.
  • Enforce the rules for using work equipment and tools.
  • Participate in the development of EvRP and AES sheets.
  • Detect malfunctions and report them to the line manager and subordinate.
  • Enforce the company's HSE prevention program (HSE management).
  • Enforce HSE&SIE instructions and procedures related to emergency situations.
