Roles & Responsibilities

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all inventory management and stocktake activities across stores and warehouses. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, and facilitating smooth communication between cross-functional teams to support data integrity and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and support the planning and execution of periodic stocktakes across all stores and warehouses in accordance with company SOPs.
  2. Assist in analyzing stock variances, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate documentation and store sign-offs.
  3. Prepare and process accurate inventory adjustments in the system following stocktake completion.
  4. Monitor and verify transfer orders, stock movements, and related inventory transactions across all locations.
  5. Provide guidance and assistance to stocktake teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
  6. Liaise with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-stocktake activities.
  7. Compile and maintain detailed stock variance and reconciliation reports for management review.
  8. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory control processes, accuracy, and audit readiness.
