Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring stock is within set parameters.
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Manage inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Order Processing:
  • Coordinate with procurement for stock reviews.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the inventory management system.
  • Prepare reports on stock status (levels, slow-moving items, potential shortages).
  • Analyze inventory data to forecast needs.
  • Compliance & Quality Control:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor stock control procedures to reduce risk of theft, loss, or damage.
  • Conduct regular audits for safety and regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 0 2 years in Inventory / Stock Control, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good level of English.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting is a plus.
