Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring stock is within set parameters.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Manage inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Order Processing:
- Coordinate with procurement for stock reviews.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the inventory management system.
- Prepare reports on stock status (levels, slow-moving items, potential shortages).
- Analyze inventory data to forecast needs.
- Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor stock control procedures to reduce risk of theft, loss, or damage.
- Conduct regular audits for safety and regulatory compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience:
- 0 2 years in Inventory / Stock Control, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good level of English.
- Knowledge of cost accounting is a plus.
