Monitors and tracks consumption and usage in warehouse and responsible for the data entry of the finished goods, Raw Material on (Glovia).

Daily inventory on each brand inside the raw material warehouse and makes sure there is a label on each product in the finished goods warehouse.

Prepares daily report of stocks in warehouse.

Monitors timely and accurate recordings of stock movements to ensure that stock level is within UCMENA standards.

Updates the stock on the system daily.

Receives the finished goods and extra stock of RM from the production on Glovia system.

Reports to planning supervisor on any delivery problems and investigates reasons of delayed shipment.

Follows up with Procurement department to receive updated weekly shipping schedule

Receives the new shipment from suppliers and verifies the quantities delivered through packing list, PO, B/L and invoice.

Implements and follows a control system to reduce damage and inventory obsolescence.

In case of any issue in the material he takes the info from the storekeeper and updates it on the system.

Implements Physical Count on monthly basis in order to verify the actual amount of RM or FG with the one on the system and analyzes the variance to identify the problem

Monitors the waste quantities daily.
