Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, issuing, transfers, adjustments, and returns using the Oracle Fusion Inventory Module.
· Ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions in Oracle Fusion and maintain real-time stock visibility.
· Perform regular inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system records; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions, reporting findings to the direct manager.
· Conduct and support periodic cycle counts and annual physical stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Monitor inventory levels and create requisitions when items reach reorder points to prevent shortages, overstocking, or obsolescence.
· Prepare inventory reports, variance analysis, and required system documentation.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies related to inventory and warehouse management.
· Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely deliveries to branches.
· Generate daily issue vouchers based on approved internal requisitions, pick items from shelves, and prepare them for dispatch.
· Oversee daily warehouse deliveries to branches and ensure timely and accurate distribution.
· Complete receiving and put-away processes, update the system accordingly, and prepare required payment and receiving documents.
· Process returned items from branches by inspecting quality and quantity, updating the system, and organizing items on shelves.
· Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in accordance with safety and quality standards.
· Manage, maintain, and file all warehouse and inventory documentation efficiently.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements within inventory control and Oracle Fusion workflows.
· Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory and warehouse documentation and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Inventory Management is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting tools.
- Experience working in a warehouse, store, or distribution environment.
