Roles & Responsibilities

The GROW Program is a Logistica DP world company-funded initiative designed to offer a unique one-year experience for talented fresh graduates from our local community who meet the eligibility criteria.

The program provides participants with real-world exposure, practical insights into professional life, and a solid foundation for their future career paths. It also presents opportunities to build valuable business networks and connections

  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills
  • V. Good MS Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Desired Candidate Profile
