Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Record all incoming and outgoing materials and goods in the accounting system.
- Monitor daily stock levels and prepare regular inventory reports.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, returns).
- Verify supplier invoices against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or losses in inventory.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing related to inventory.
- Follow company policies and internal controls regarding stock management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Male candidates only.
- Previous experience in industrial companies is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and work on-site as required.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
