Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- The function of the role is to work collaboratively alongside the Combat Medical Instructor and wider Training Team.
- The role will be client facing with an emphasis on close collaboration with the client s organic training and compliance function.
- CMI intent is thoroughly understood during teaching and accurately translated.
- Interaction with the client s organic training function remains collaborative throughout the lifetime of the course design.
- Internationally recognized qualification in written and spoken communication skills (in English).
- Internationally recognized qualification in written and spoken communication skills (in Arabic).
- Highly desirable formal qualification in translation from English to Arabic.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability and willingness to learn new IT software programs.
- Essential medical background.
- Demonstrated teamwork effectively and good working relationship in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, community groups, other employees, and external agencies.
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving.
- Good organizational/ interpersonal skills and strong work ethics.
- Assume the role of Translator/Interpreter on any course described in the contract and in close collaboration with the client.
- Be prepared to translate/interpret accurately from English to Emirati Arabic on any course described in the contract and in close collaboration with the client s organic Training and Compliance function.
- Be prepared to assist on all delivery products to facilitate any course described in the contract and in close collaboration with the client.
- Be prepared to assist with or lead on any duties or tasks required in order to successfully deliver the contract to the satisfaction of the client.
- Strictly comply with the Company s Work Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct.
- Understand and ensure correct implementation of systems used by the organization (e.g., Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Data Management System (DMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), etc.).
- Involvement in the development, review, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Quality Management System and other related compliance, assurance, and quality improvement activities of the organization.
- Responsible to ensure full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations required by related governmental agencies, authorities, and organization both local and international e. g. MOHRE, DOH, JCIA, etc.
