Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Diagnose, analyze and resolve incidents related to Internet services (connection, security, performance, configuration).
  • Participate in the installation, configuration and optimization of Internet networks and equipment (routers, modems, servers, firewalls).
  • Collaborate with suppliers and telecom operators for the follow-up and resolution of incidents.
  • Write technical documentation and update the internal knowledge base.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, etc.).
  • Sorting of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cyber security and good data protection practices.
  • My knowledge of the network supervision and diagnostic tools.
