Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for the UAE and other GCC markets.

Identify, approach, and negotiate with importers, distributors, and hospitality clients.

Manage all aspects of export documentation (invoices, health certificates, customs paperwork). Coordinate with logistics and quality teams to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the seafood sector.

Attend food trade fairs and exhibitions.

Report sales forecasts and market insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Strong understanding of Middle Eastern markets and business culture. Proven experience in international food sales (seafood preferred). Ability to travel to the UAE and GCC countries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Previous experience working with Middle East clients or food distributors. Understanding of cold chain logistics and seafood quality standards.
