Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international real estate sales operations
- Develop strategies to attract international investors and buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across the GCC and global markets
- Oversee negotiations, closing deals, and after-sales service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Train and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales (international exposure preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving high-value sales targets
- Strong knowledge of property laws and real estate market trends
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken ); English proficiency preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel if required
