Roles & Responsibilities
Mission
The International Accreditation Missions Manager will be responsible for ensuring the coordination, monitoring and optimization of international accreditation processes (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, etc.) to guarantee compliance with quality standards, by mobilizing expertise in project management, communication and data analysis, while collaborating closely with the various departments of the institution.
Main activities of the position
As part of the Development of Rabat Business School, he/she will be responsible for:
• Management of international accreditation processes: Prepare and coordinate applications with international organizations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, etc.).
• Monitoring of accreditation criteria: Ensure compliance with the standards and criteria required by accreditation bodies.
• Internal coordination: Collaborate with the various departments of the school to collect the necessary information and ensure compliance with practices.
• Monitoring and analysis:Monitor developments in accreditation criteria and suggest improvements.
• Communication: Write reports and summary documents for accreditation bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Training and awareness: Train and raise awareness among staff on international accreditation requirements.
• Data management: Collect, analyze and manage data required for accreditation processes. Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in reports and accreditation files
Profile
Required skills:
Knowledge:
• Accreditation knowledge: Good understanding of the processes and criteria of the main accreditation bodies (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, etc.)
• Good command of office tools (MS Office): Mastery of oral and written communication techniques (French and English)
• Data management skills: Mastery of processing and analysis tools (Excel, databases, specific software).
• Fluency in written and oral English
Know-how
• Project management skills: Ability to plan, manage several projects in parallel, meet deadlines.
• Communication skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in English (report preparation, exchanges with stakeholders).
Soft skills
• Autonomy and rigor: Work independently, ensure reliable monitoring, respect procedures with precision.

Required profile:
• Bac+5 level diploma in management, administration or related field
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in an academic or multicultural teaching environment, preferably internationally
