Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with the company s strategy and values.

• Manage and create content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, digital screens, email campaigns, and internal events.

• Partner with stakeholders to communicate key initiatives, change management updates, and organizational announcements.

• Coordinate and support company-wide events, and employee engagement campaigns.

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and propose improvements.

• Ensure all internal communication materials are consistent in tone, style, and branding.

• Support crisis communication internally by ensuring timely and clear messaging to employees.

• Maintain an internal communication calendar and manage content scheduling.

• Gather employee feedback to enhance communication methods and tools.

• Collaborate with other departments to produce visually engaging content.
