Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

  • Lead and complete full scope Internal Audit reviews across financial, operational, strategic, and compliance areas.
  • Deliver at least one complete full scope audit review within the first two months of engagement.
  • Evaluate audit findings, ensure adequacy of supporting evidence, and develop agreed action plans with auditees.
  • Conduct gap analysis reviews to assess internal controls, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Support the Internal Audit function in advisory and special reviews as requested by Management.
  • Prepare clear and impactful audit reports for executive management and relevant committees.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide requested information in a timely manner.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal audit staff where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

  • Professional Certification preferred (CIA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant audit experience with strong exposure to financial and operational audits.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of International Auditing and Accounting Standards, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
