Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from start to completion Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material submittals Monitor site progress, quality control, and project timelines Ensure compliance with HSE and company safety standards Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Handle site inspections, snag lists, and project handover Coordinate material procurement and manpower planning Resolve site technical issues and ensure smooth execution

Desired Candidate Profile

5 to 10 years of experience as an Interior Fit-Out Project Engineer (UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (finishes, joinery, gypsum, ceilings, MEP coordination) Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory Candidate must be currently available in the UAE Immediate joiners will be given priority Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
