Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector, targeting key clients and projects to boost sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and end-users, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal creation, presentation delivery, and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring the company remains competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales within the interior fit-out or related construction industry is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
