We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior design projects for a variety of residential and commercial spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their visions and translate them into functional and beautiful interior spaces. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in space planning, color theory, and materials to design solutions that are both practical and visually stunning. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their design brief, style preferences, and budget limits.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
• Create detailed floor plans and space planning layouts utilizing design software tools.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, fabrics, and color palettes for projects.
• Communicate design ideas through sketches, renderings, and digital presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on project execution.
• Ensure designs are compliant with building codes and safety regulations.
• Oversee project installation and resolve any unforeseen design challenges.
• Stay updated on trends in interior design, new materials, and cutting-edge technologies.
• Source vendors and manage orders and deliveries to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide guidance on sustainability and incorporate eco-friendly design practices.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare client status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field mandatory.
• Minimum of three years experience in an interior design role required.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations is essential.
• Proven creativity alongside a keen sense of color and spatial arrangements.
