Interior Designer

We are now looking for Interior Designer to join our team, you will have opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors and typology. This opportunity calls for a creative and talented individual with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in collaborating within the team, and a deep desire to do outstanding work.

Responsibilities

• Experience in visioning, concept development and space planning
• Prepare detailed drawings, technical specifications, and 3D renderings
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and FF&E with a strong design rationale
• Prepare cost estimations and support procurement processes, including material sourcing and supplies coordination

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Advanced skills in 3D MAX, Revit and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with design codes and standards.
• Ability to create high-quality 3D renders & 2D tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education

• bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field.
