Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and present creative interior concepts, mood boards, and layouts for hospitality projects.
  • Design guest rooms, public spaces, F&B outlets, and leisure facilities to maximize functionality and visual appeal.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements aligned with hospitality standards.
  • Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, building codes, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in budget planning for interior fit-outs.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work matches approved designs.
  • Research and recommend design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative solutions for the hospitality sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in interior design, with at least 2 years in hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operational needs and guest experience considerations.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
