Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing concept presentations using Adobe InDesign • Support architectural & FF&E space planning in AutoCAD • Help produce detailed drawing packs (GAs, RCPs, elevations, lighting plans, joinery details) • Assist with budgets & schedules in Excel • Support sourcing FF&E across different budgets and bespoke pieces • Participate in client presentations with Creative Director • Help nurture supplier and contractor relationships • Attend site visits and assist in overseeing construction quality • Support coordination of FF&E procurement, delivery & installation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Interior Design • 3-7 years’ experience in luxury residential design • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) • On-site role in Dubai • Strong passion for design, with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable assisting on multiple projects at different stages • Confident communicator, eager to grow in client-facing skills • Knowledge of suppliers and finishes a plus • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite & Excel • Strong written & verbal communication skills
