We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 3 years of proven experience in Dubai, specializing in renovation and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, site knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative design concepts, space plans, and material selections for renovation and remodeling projects. Conduct site visits, measurements, and condition assessments prior to design development. Prepare and present mood boards, 3D renderings, detailed drawings, and BOQs for client approval. Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately on site. Handle renovation design challenges, including structural modifications, material replacements, and layout reconfiguration. Manage cost estimation, material sourcing, and project timelines to meet budget and delivery goals. Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and sustainability practices in the UAE market. Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other local authority regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior design and renovation projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in fit-out and turnkey renovation projects. Familiarity with DM submission drawings and authority approvals. Understanding of MEP coordination in interior works. Driving license is an advantage.
