Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop detailed interior design concepts, space plans, and material specifications tailored for fit-out projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, joinery details, and construction documentation for site execution.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
- Source and specify FF&E materials, finishes, and fittings suitable for commercial applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior design or fit-out contracting company.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software.
- Strong understanding of fit-out detailing, joinery, and material application.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
