Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage L2/L3 support for integration issues across APIs, ESB, SOA, and microservices.

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and apply preventive measures.
  • Trace and debug integration errors using Linux tools and system logs.
  • Maintain and optimize integration middleware and architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
  • Create automation scripts for diagnostics and recurring operations (Java, Python, Bash).

background in Java , Esql or Python development.

  • Linux familiar and troubleshooting (commands, logs, network tracing).
  • understanding of Integration Architecture (SOA / ESB). Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, XML / JSON, and Message Queues (MQ, JMS).
  • Familiar with Integration tools such as IBM ACE/IIB, Oracle Service Bus, MuleSoft, or WSO2. Solid understanding of security mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, certificates, TLS/mTLS).
  • Proven problem-solving and incident analysis capabilities.
