Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for an experienced Integration Manager to lead and manage all integration interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll, as well as integrations with financial systems for payroll logs, accruals, and costing. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience integrating EC Payroll with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA ERP, with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all payroll-related integration interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll (both inbound and outbound).
  • Oversee integrations with financial systems, including payroll logs, accruals, and cost allocations.
  • Assist in developing Integration project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions using SAP CPI.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution to minimize impact on payroll and financial processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, validation, and compliance across all integrated systems.
  • Support innovation and automation in integration strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration interfaces, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance to support payroll and financial operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR/Payroll Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in integrating EC Payroll with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA ERP.
  • Strong expertise in SAP CPI and other integration tools.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll, HR, and financial data flows.
  • Experience managing multiple system interfaces and ensuring accurate, timely data exchange.
  • Strong knowledge of API management, security, governance, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
