Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic insurance plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth, focusing on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Oversee the underwriting process, ensuring accurate risk assessment, pricing strategies, and compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and reinsurers, enhancing business partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Possess relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, ACII) to showcase your expertise and commitment to the industry.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience within the insurance sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Experience in Life, Health, Property & Casualty, or other relevant insurance lines, bringing a diverse perspective.
