Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

*selling and servicing insurance policies by evaluating client needs, recommending coverage, and processing claims.

Gathering information from clients on their insurance needs,

* Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients,

* Foreseeing client's insurance needs, such as policy renewals,

* Assisting clients whether and when they need to make a claim on their policies,

* Acquiring new clients and cross selling existing clients,

* Administrative tasks such as dealing with CRM system, keeping detailed records,

* Winning accounts,

* Collecting insurance premiums,

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
