Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Developing and implementing educational programs - Creating and overseeing training programs that align with the company's mission and values.

* Curricular and extracurricular activities - Designing and managing both curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance learning outcomes.

* Assessment and evaluation - Periodically evaluating students and trainees to suggest appropriate development methods.

* Collaboration and communication - Promoting communication among students, trainees, and colleagues.

* Research and community service - Participating in applied research projects and community service initiatives.

* Operational planning - Contributing to the preparation and implementation of the department's operational plan.

* Committee work - Engaging in work of committees and activities at various levels when requested.
These responsibilities ensure that the Instrumentation Trainer plays a crucial role in the educational and training process, contributing to the development of skilled professionals in the field of instrumentation and control systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Industrial Experience of 5 Years in Oil and Gas industry

Instructor Experience of 3 Years

Good English language ability

Diploma or Engineering qualification in relevant Subject or Equivalent

Middle East Experience

Completed Train the Trainer Course - Desirable
