The Instrumentation and Control Inspector is a critical role that involves ensuring the quality and integrity of instrumentation and control systems in various engineering projects. The Inspector will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and technicians to inspect, test, and validate the instrumentation and control systems both in the field and during the production processes. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of instrumentation and control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop and implement inspection plans and schedules based on project timelines.

• Prepare comprehensive reports documenting the findings of inspections and tests performed.

• Provide technical guidance and training to junior inspectors and team members.
• Perform functional tests on control systems to validate their effectiveness and reliability.
• Review and interpret technical documents and drawings related to instrumentation systems.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to report on inspection outcomes.
• Monitor installation processes to ensure proper setup and configuration of control systems.
• Recommend corrective actions and improvements for systems and processes where needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems within an industrial setting.
• Minimum of a diploma in engineering, instrumentation, or a related field required.
• Proven experience in inspections, quality control, or related roles is essential.
