Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all I&C equipment in the power plant.
- Lead troubleshooting activities for plant instrumentation, control loops, and automation systems.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize plant performance using Emerson Ovation or Siemens T3000 DCS.
- Conduct calibration, testing, installation, and repair of field instruments and control devices.
- Support major maintenance outages, shutdowns, and system upgrades.
- Analyze equipment performance, identify issues, and recommend technical solutions.
- Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and updates for management and operations teams.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, plant policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in power plant I&C or maintenance roles.
✔ Hands-on experience with Emerson Ovation or Siemens T3000 DCS (experience in both is a strong plus).
✔ Proven background in power plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and instrumentation support.
✔ Strong knowledge of field instruments, transmitters, PLCs, control valves, analyzers, and plant automation systems.
✔ Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering, or relevant field.
✔ Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in high-demand operational environments.
✔ Strong commitment to safety and plant reliability.
