Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overview the contractor submittals, including shop drawings, material samples, and technical data and guide the developers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Verify that construction activities are in line with approved drawings, plans, and permits.
- Oversee quality control processes, materials testing, and adherence to building codes and standards by the developers.
- Maintain records of site visits, progress reports, and documentation of issues and resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12 -15 years of relevant experience with an equivalent or relevant Degree or Diploma.
- Past experience shall include successfully completing a previous position in Projects of a similar scope of work.
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
