Safran Aircraft Engines has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops around the world and offers its customers a full range of interventions: performance restoration, replacement of parts with a limited lifespan, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.
To cope with the ramp-up of LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco. Our new workshop located in the Casablanca-Settat region will ensure the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max.
You will have to, with the control and quality sectors:
- Build the initial path of the inspectors for newcomers according to their control skills,
- Train or solicit the mentors on the skills required for newcomers,
- Present a progress report on their progress in skills over their training period and guarantee their preparation for their future accreditation,
- Develop and set up an evaluation over a defined time allowing them to validate the skills acquired and necessary for a first authorization on concrete cases in the presence of the services competent for the authorization,
- Present the file with the manager of the skills and authorizations files of the sectors of interest when the evaluation is validated,
- Propose and set up a system for people who need to complete their evaluation,
- Ensure a follow-up of the evolution of the first authorisations with the sectors of the interested parties,
- Capture and set up RETEX following RPO and CSC cases with inspectors and instructors,
- Make a quarterly and annual review of your training activities and the systems for raising the inspectors' skills
- Ensure exchanges with the network on the different devices for mounting inspectors
' skills- Participate in the provision of training in Rooms and OJT if necessary
To recognize your training competence you will meet the requirements of the type of operational job Instructor
