Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and convert leads from marketing channels
Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Manage customer relationships & provide feedback for product improvement
Achieve assigned revenue targets
Prepare sales plans and reports
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver exceptional sales performance in our certification training workshops business.
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech
Skills: Strong communication, target-driven, customer-centric approach
Candidates with UAE work experience Preferred.
Location: Dubai (Only candidates based in UAE should apply)
