Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers in-store to understand their gifting needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales by presenting product features, benefits, and unique wrapping options to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product collections and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product displays to enhance the customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.

- 0-5 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
