Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call targeted homeowner lists using respectful and compliant scripts.
- Qualify leads by capturing motivation, condition, timeline, and pricing.
- Set appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the Lead Manager.
- Log every attempt, outcome, and note in CRM with accurate tagging and call recordings.
- Re-engage prospects using Not Interested & Rehash follow-up cadences.
- Hit daily dial and talk-time targets while maintaining clean records.
- Ensure compliance with TCPA/DNC and local regulations.
- Share feedback on lists and scripts to improve set rates.
- Coordinate with Lead Manager to minimize no-shows and improve conversion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 3+ years in outbound calling, SDR, or BDR roles (REI acquisitions a plus).
- Clear, professional English with confident objection handling.
- Comfortable with power dialers and meeting high-volume quotas.
- Organized, coachable, and metrics-driven with a compliance-first mindset.
- Strong values in ownership, precision, speed, candor, and integrity.
