Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

To provide first-line technical support for end-users by resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in a timely and customer-oriented manner. This role is key to ensuring user productivity and smooth IT service operations by managing service desk tickets, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating unresolved issues.

  • Respond to incidents across IT hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Provide remote or onsite support
  • Communicate effectively with users
  • Resolve issues on first interaction when possible
  • Install office software and company apps
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer/scanner issues
  • Tag devices and log allocations
  • Assist in audits and handover
  • ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus administration & support

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • ITIL Foundation (awareness level)
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
