Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage and nurture client accounts to foster long-term relationships.
  2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions or services.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery.
  4. Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  7. Prepare and present reports on account performance and status.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed insights to clients.
  9. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service-level commitments.
  10. Forecast and track key account metrics.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
  2. Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
  3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
  4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
  6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
  7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelors in finance/business

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3 + years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations
